On 18 June 2025, we conducted a free knowledge-sharing session at the Batticaloa Central Zonal Education Office focused on adopting AI technologies and Microsoft 365 in the workplace.
Viknaraj Manogararajah and Hadshana Kamalanathan conducted the session.
We introduced attendees to Microsoft 365 management tools and demonstrated how to optimize daily workflows. In the AI segment, we highlighted Microsoft Copilot's capabilities, showcasing how it stands out compared to ChatGPT and other AI tools in enhancing productivity.
